Business Development Executive

  • Job Location: New Delhi

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strong understanding of company products and services.
  • Have a close watch on competition and devise strategies to keep business competitive.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
  • Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve existing sales through various methods.
  • Collaborate with operations/design team to ensure requirements are met.
  • Ensure that sales numbers and profit goals are achieved.
  • Train junior sales personnel with expertise to meet expectations.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business in Aviation Management, marketing,or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Preference will be given to candidates with IT/Tech/Avionics/Aviation knowledge.
