ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong understanding of company products and services.
- Have a close watch on competition and devise strategies to keep business competitive.
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
- Develop new sales areas and improve existing sales through various methods.
- Collaborate with operations/design team to ensure requirements are met.
- Ensure that sales numbers and profit goals are achieved.
- Train junior sales personnel with expertise to meet expectations.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business in Aviation Management, marketing,or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Preference will be given to candidates with IT/Tech/Avionics/Aviation knowledge.
